Wandering Child's Parents Surrender

( Hamilton ) - Tuesday morning, police were called after a 23-month-old little girl was found walking along Dayton Street in the cold wearing a wet onesie and no shoes.

Officers went door-to-door and eventually found the child's home. They say there were feces, both human and animal, all over the house. There was also allegedly no running water or food in the house.

29-Year-Olds Nicholas and Elizabeth Latta surrendered to police Thursday evening. The couple has five children, including the wandering girl. They're now with Butler County Children's Services. The Lattas are charged with five counts of child endangering.
